I don't like nothing

the property should be maximum 10 to 15 Euros and they are charging 40 , in 40 Euros you would get good hotel The Lady Farida was very very rude and she switch of the internet 11 pm night and restart at 7 am, again switch off the power at 9.am in the morning if power goes no water and when we asked her about that she said in Comoros like that.i suggest booking.com should check such property before suggesting to customers , garden view means some bushes surrounded the house, attached picture

It feels like being at home. The view on the ocean in stunning. I highly recommend the house for sunset lovers.

It might be tricky at night to go out. Although the Comoros are very safe, since there is no light outside and the road by the house is not in good condition, it can be a problem for some travelers.

Nice place with a warm welcome from Mama Farida (The Owner). The balcony is super for sunsets and morning coffee👌 Washing machine is available and the room is well furnished…Appreciated the fact that the area is very close to restaurants, and shops.

Owner’s dogs attacking newcomers. Poor facilities especially cooling fan. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

I booked because was the most affordable available on booking. The house was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable with nice mosquito net system. I haven't asked for ac but turned on fan for the night. Wifi does not work in room with garden view. There was a huge amount of shampoos in the toilet for use, they gave nice towels.

On arrival I was told there was electricity cut and no wifi available due to that, no lights and the shower would not work due to the pump. I would have all this only later on. Honestly, for 40 euros I would expect a generator. The lady does not speak English and the husband that speaks English answers on WhatsApp but was not in the property. I didn't enjoyed much that she asked what time I would be back, I didn't felt the freedom to come and go. Also when I came back at 19:30 two dogs barked at me very loud and were aggressive, nearly biting me. I have dog trauma because I was bitten when I was a kid, so those dogs scared me so much. I tried to maintain calm and walk slowly but every move they would bark louder. The lady didn't bottered much to come and take me out of the situation. After a while she screamed from the house for the dogs to stop.

Farida was very friendly and it was good to chat to someone local about the life on the island. Helped to arrange pick-up from the airport and the driver to take me around the island. The room is basic but functional, comfortable bed. Nice view from the terrace to the ocean. It used to be the residence of the French embassy in the country! Decent restaurant 5min walk away. (no dogs on the property as mentioned in several reviews previously)

Water and electricity black-outs are common in Comoros, though didn't have any during my short stay.

Great location, clean place. Wifi is good only in common room.

Host speaks only French and is rather unheplful, however I might got such impression because of language barrier ;)
