Очень милый небольшой отель. Большой комфортный номер, все необходимое есть. Так же балкон. Завтрак простой, но вкусный. По всем вопросам персонал помогает. Все отлично. До моря 5-7 мин пешком. Остались довольны отелем и с удовольствием вернемся еще. Спасибо хозяину за помощь во всех вопросах.

It is very close to one of the most beautiful beaches with almost no crowd (in October). It is walking [5mins] distance to a very good restaurant (reasonably priced) that my German friends loved it. Breakfast (Aloo paratha) was our favorite. The owner and the staff work very hard to ensure the best comfort to all guests. I would definitely recommend it if you would like a chill time near the beach secluded from all noise.

It is secluded from all activities, but the hotel can arrange a taxi. If walking for 30 minutes to the main beach location where the party happens is an issue, then it may be a problem for you. It was not for us.

Amazing stay. The place looks even better in real than it does in pictures. Very close to the beach, you can practically hear the waves. The food was exceptional and affordable. The property manager and the staff were extremely helpful.

The room was very spacious. The complementary breakfast was also very good. Overall the stay was definitely value for the money spent on it. Morjim beach is 5 mins walk from the property.

Our stay here was nothing short of magical. Though the property is located a little inside a small lane, the owner personally guided us on the call and made it easy to reach. He was very welcoming, calm, and accommodating. We had pre-booked without any advance payment, and even till our last day he never asked for it — in fact, we ourselves requested to settle the bill before our early checkout, which shows the trust and comfort they offer. The place itself is peaceful, calm, and filled with beautiful boho vibes. Every detail, from the kitchen serveware to the furniture, is thoughtfully chosen and aesthetically pleasing. Each room had two balconies, which added to the charm, and the spacious rooms with neat, well-maintained washrooms (with a refreshing aroma) made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was not a buffet and had a smaller list, but the way it was served made it feel so much more special. Everything was prepared and handled with love and care, hygiene was well maintained, and the same person who was managing it all was also the one making it — which added a very personal touch. The helper was polite, attentive, and never once made us feel ignored. Overall, the experience was warm, aesthetic, and unforgettable — a perfect blend of comfort, soulful hospitality, and homely care.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was done with such care that we truly enjoyed it all.
