Top notch property very well maintained, room size is pretty big , very secluded and serene and peaceful location. Morjim beach and the chapora river (200-300m). Other shops for eating, and dining restaurants are nearby It's surrounded by green area and peaceful, very clean room, bathroom was clean and has basic amenities. Staff is very supportive and is a call away.

Wifi facility was weak in the room, since I was on workation I needed good wifi connectivity but that was one issue at this property, although staff did support me by providing personal device in form of Amazon basics wifi. I still think price charged was a bit higher it could have been 400-500 less than what I paid but overall I had good experience staying here

"Beautiful property, amazing staff"

Loved the way the Owner and his staff handled everything. The stay was made the most comfortable and help was always available, 24/7. The property feels luxurious if not anything else because of the way it is maintained and hygiene was amazing. Never had a complaint, i am travelling to Goa for years, this is the first time i came across such a kind staff and well mannered Owner / Manager. Loved everything about this property.

The property's location is really good, close to the beach but yet quiet and calm. The room is very big and spacious and the food very tasty and affordable. But the best feature is the owners who are very kind and supportive. 1000% recommend...
