Being chased by the geese and money not being refundable as we had to leave early so wouldn't book a place and pay the money upfront again as it is so inflexible. Also no WiFi

booked deluxe double room for 1 night. Julie upgraded us to a chalet with hot tub as she had unexpected availability. fantastic, she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Made us & our dog feel most welcome. hidden gem. would highly recommend.

Fantastic welcome by a great host to an idyllic location and amazing wee house. All the animals nearby are friendly, except the geese lol ! Superb breakfast and the hot tub was an unexpected treat. What an amazing place, we will definitely be back. Thanks Julie!

The location was peaceful and spacious. Julie, the owner, couldn't do any more to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

House was roomy, warm and comfortable and Julie was very accommodating. She brought us our breakfast in the morning, which was delicious. The property had everything we needed. Location was very rural and quiet which made for a relaxing break. Also the alpacas and Pygmy goats next door were so cute!

Nothing, everything was great. We used the postcode on sat nav to get to the property and it took us right there but took us a minute to find where exactly to go. However putting Bankhead Croft in also works. A “what three words” location could be helpful.

Julie and Davie were eager to help out with settling in, getting wifi, tv to work etc. Julie supplied basis such as coffee, sugar, milk, supplied advice on the area and what was available. Delivered my breakfast in the morning, great bacon and egg buttie.
