Il Vicinato, casa vacanza immersa nel cuore dei Sassi

We had a bit of trouble finding the place, but it was very nice once we managed to get to the right spot. It's a decent walk from where you can park if you have luggage, but that is probably true of practically everywhere in Matera. The room was very comfortable and felt like we got good value.

The location was enchanting (albiet a slight walk from parking), the room was very neat and different than your typical building. The price was a very good value.

Nothing, the stay was great.

posizione eccellente, casetta molto carina. biancheria buona e profumata. non per soggiorni lunghi. max 3/4 giorni.

migliorerei la dotazione della cucina, qualche cialda in più, un po' di sale, un poco d'olio, per pochi gg non conviene fare la spesa poiché magari si mangia in casa giusto una volta... manca una mensola nel bagno. e un appendiabiti in casa.

Il posto piccolo ma carino e accogliente in pieno centro quindi molto comodo e la signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile

Matera est magnifique, le logement est central et très bien placé. Lits confortables, petite cuisine, tout le confort

Parking payant un peu loin du logement. Chambre en haut non climatisée (nous y étions pendant une canicule), uniquement un ventilateur sur pied. Pas de vue depuis le logement.

Great location in the old town. My family enjoyed the split level layout. We were able to gain early access to our room, which was much appreciated.
