We like the place. It's clean, spacious,in perfect location, and with nice atmosphere of Matera. Host was nice and helpful. There was good coffee in the house and all facilities. Highly recommend.

Warm welcome by Theresa. Fantastic location in the heart of Matera. Received very clear instructions the day before for parking and reaching the accomodation. This was perfect for our 1 night stay- thank you so much Theresa.

Didn't affect us but there is an additional charge if you use the kitchen...just so you are aware.

The apartment was spotless and comfortable, located in the heart of the sassi area and easy to locate. The owner of the property was friendly and helpful and lives next door so was easy to contact.

very well located and easy to get to all the key sights.

there are no windows on the ground floor, besides the front door, so was very dark. the front door was very hard to shut so needs fixing. the mattress was also not very comfortable.
