The Old Grain Store Bed & Breakfast

I fancied a change from Travelodge, lovely place and the country club is just next door for dinner in the evening.

The friendly welcome and the quiet surroundings.

My partners really enjoyed the views our the window and out to a wooded type area. The building itself is a barn style building which we both loved. Being in a remote location it was quite quiet although easy to get back to the main village. There is also a restaurant nearby, but we didn't use that ourselves. The bed was really comfortable and we managed to sleep through until morning which is rare for a hotel or B&B.

The room itself was a little small as in the end of the bed could only let one of us past at a time. It's advertised as such but the breakfast is only a continental, it would have been nice to have some other choices, but it was totally acceptable on what was offered.

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing stay with a wonderful host.

Very picturesque location in the Fens. Peaceful Laura welcomed me and was very helpful. A note left wishing me a safe trip was left for me in the breakfast room. A lovely touch.,

The property was very clean and comfortable it was in easy walk to the golf course and the staff was very helpful

Lovely quiet and great location for visiting around the area. The help yourself breakfast was very good, toast, crumpets, cereal, muesli, yoghurts, bananas with a special extra treat of blackberries and cherries on our final breakfast morning. No porridge oats which I would have liked but not a problem at all as enough options. Comfortable and warm bedroom with enough storage for a weekend stay. Our host Laura was really helpful and kind. We will be back hopefully next year :)

There was a bit of an animal smell in the sofa area but everywhere else was good. The accessible room had a shower over bath which may be difficult to get into if disabled. Everything else was very good.
