The Beacon Hotel

Everything was great plenty of space, smelt amazing and fresh and clean, bathroom was big size, couldn't complain at all.

Beds were little hard.

Bed was great

After stating to a lady prior I require ground floor as I fell In June prior to staying i was told yes near smoking area I got there told upstairs the bloke in charge was not understanding i said i would just get a refund and was told unable to I then said okay (If I fall I will sue )I hate being told a different thing and I am now in angony for avoiding stairs since June The bloke said do not talk to me like that then had a mouth off to my partner when I had limped away Now the room was okay - two flaws one window had a crack at top Two a picture frame with no picture And the toilet you hit knee on the sink when on toilet A nice bed great size room And TV Super hard to put hdmi in to I did not feel in a nice place as I was in pain i am now on 100 mg of Tramydal as my Ankle is far worse with up and down stairs three flights Told by DR and Physio do not go upstairs but A hotel knows more The first time we stayed amazing felt welcome The 2nd was same room as the 3rd time not great The 3rd time told near smoking corner down stairs lies I hate lies and I hate staff that do not make me feel welcome Shame I would likely not go here again and first time it was amazing But way i was treat was unacceptable Many people would not have being so accepting

Excellent staff on check in and the facilities are excellent
