Clean and nice rooms. Tracy and Leigh are two very lovely people :) breakfast (3 different options) is delicious and made freshly every day. The proximity to town is about 10 mins. Can only recommend

Everything. Very clean. Staff were amazing, very friendly. Everything was there what you would need. Perfect location. Breakfast was lovely. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back

Very clean and tidy - a short 5 min walk into town

Room was small but light and tidy

Very well appointed and comfortable room, host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great (oh my the sausages...) with lots to choose from. We had a lovely stay and St Ives has so much to offer and this venue is just what you need to enjoy it. It's a short 10 min walk to town so very peaceful during the night (except for the seagulls).

Our room was on the top floor which wasn't mentioned on the booking description. With one of the party having mobility issues climbing up two flights of stairs was challenging. It wouldn't put me off booking again but all rooms are at least on the first floor (mentioned in the questions section) Also bear in mind St Ives is VERY hilly (but you can't change that!)

Bathroom door was sticky at times. Steep walk uphill.

A lovely, small hotel, with excellent breakfast, located nicely, only a short walk to city centre, very kind and nice owners. Our stay absolutely fulfilled our expectations and furthermore left us with the desire to return there as soon as possible.

I can't think of anything that could be improved here.
