Great vegetarian options for breakfast. Fabulous room. Well placed for getting into St Ives with lovely views.

Tracy made a beautiful job of our breakfast.. yummy eggs and croissants...any information about St Ives or surrounding district was very much appreciated from Leigh. Very friendly welcoming hosts.

We should have messaged re the size of our room. It was very small and with our luggage (which didn't fit under the bed) there was very little extra space.

The breakfast was excellent. More than we could eat sometimes. Very generous and delicious with a range of options. The room was bright and spacious, offering everything we needed. The bay window gave a lovely view of the ocean. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.

The location was perfect with a walk to the harbour and parking at the property. The room was immaculate with a lovely decorative room and an enjoyable breakfast of a varied choice. Tracey Leigh we're very friendly and welcoming hosts and always happy.

The mattress was a little too firm for us , though that's just personal choice. And it was nesting season for the seagulls.

Great location, 5m walk down to town centre, excellent breakfast. Lovely view across the rooftops down to the harbour.
