Great location, very close to the station. Host was lovely and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Multiple breakfast options, made fresh by the host each morning !

the location was great… the host is very accomodating and friendly.. it was superb! and the breakfast was great… 😊 i’ll definitely come back and stay at rivendell next summer…

Great location Very clean & comfortable excellent place. To stay Owner very helpful nothing too much trouble . Breakfast fabulous. This was our second visit. And will return again Parking on site too

Fantastic great host

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at Rivendell. Tracy was a wonderful host, very welcoming and the room and house was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable so we slept well and the morning breakfasts were top notch! The location was a short walk to the beaches, town and harbour. A great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

This little B&B was idyllic! Just what we wanted and needed for a few days away in the scenic St Ives! It was a fabulous location to the town centre and to the train station. The bedroom was very cute and sweet with the most lovely view over-looking the sea! With a wonderful soundtrack of the British seaside (plus the sweetness of the pitter-patter of seagull feet on the roof)! Tracy was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. And the breakfast was just what we needed to set us up for each day! We both had the Vegetarian full breakfasts both days and it was very delicious! Our train wasn't until 5pm the last day so Tracy even stored and looked after our bags for us that day after check-out. Thank you so much again for a lovely few days and we hope to be back in the future!
