"Lovely place to stay in Swanage"

We had a lovely stay, our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The owner was lovely and friendly, breakfast was amazing....probably the best sausage i have ever eaten, we will definitely be back, thank you for having us.

The host was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about local facilities.

We were probably a little too early in the year as the residential areas of the guest house had not been heated (understandably) so our room was cold for most of our stay (1 night).

"Perfect BnB"

Friendly owners. A very nice BnB and close to the centre of Swanage. We needed to leave early, and the owners kindly left out breakfast to suit our early start.

"Lovely Guest House"

Perfect location for visiting Swanage; 5 minutes walk to bus station and 10 minute walk to town. Very clean comfortably furnished bedroom. Room was a good size with enough storage for our clothes. Allocated tables for breakfast. Good breakfast menu choices individually cooked.

There is no separate resident lounge.

Convenient for Swanage town centre. Very clean and comfortable room with everything you could need (including an electric fan which was much appreciated with the hot weather during our stay). Hosts were welcoming and helpful with local information.
