Lovely and very helpful hosts, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed and linen, 5 minute walk to centre of swanage

There was a separate bathroom which we weren’t told about in advance although it was only for our use. The room was quite small and a bit hot being at the top of the house, though a fan was provided. We would suggest hosts are up front about the bathroom.

The location is brilliant, it’s like a 5 minute walk into town, you do hear the steam train but it not early so not a massive issue, to be honest I liked hearing the train.
