Small points …. Light bulbs missing, curtains required re hanging, tiles in shower required attention

Clean & tidy. Breakfast was good & plenty to choose from.

Light bulbs missing in the room. No comfortable chairs. Curtains unhooked from the rail. Only one bedside light. No hair dryer.

The building was listed so kept it's oldy charm beds were very comfortable and the room was nice breakfast was good as well only met one staff member but was pleasant

The room needed a bit of attention like tap was broken a window was falling out we told them so hopefully it's been fixed TV controls with no batteries silly thing that make a difference lamp not working

Responsive and helpful staff

Poor small room, shower tiny, tired, not clean and old fittings/shower. Car access difficult . Breakfast poor. Location remote.

Attitude of staff to my situation

No cooked breakfast on offer, but cereal/fruit and cold meats/ cheese ok. Could not get the egg boiler to work, no staff to help

Rather noisy at night from squeaky floors in adjoining rooms

Staff are extremely polite and the venue was comfortable.

Met owner he was wonderful. We knew it was undergoing a renovation and he explained the plans for this place. Hope it all comes true because if it does, it’s gonna be a fantastic destination.

Nothing to say. We only stayed the night.

Great location near lovely village Park. Impressive building built in 1660s. Breakfast great but watch your head on the door frames!
