"A very negative experience: Cold showers, room smelling strongly of smoke, rude staff"

Don't be fooled by any positive feedback. This is an awful place, managed by staff who are rude and don't care about their customer experience.

My hotel room smelled strongly of smoke, which two staff members confirmed. Despite this, the off-site manager downplayed the issue and refused to provide another room, claiming the hotel was fully booked. When shown that another room was available online, the manager demanded an extra £30 to switch rooms and behaved rudely over video call. After two hours, the staff eventually allowed the room change. During the stay, I also experienced two cold showers out of three and felt uncomfortable reporting it due to the manager’s earlier behavior. Overall, it was a very negative experience.
