Clean and neat

No gas in AC so no cooling and small ac which is not sufficient. Very poor lighting set up. Food tastes good but quantity is very very less. Try to opt out for breakfast if you stay there.

The service was very good. The peoples out there are very helpful. Everything wad very helpful.

The bed was quite comfortable and spacious. The staff didn't interfere much with my stay, which is good, and were helpful whenever I needed something. Breakfast was nice and warm. Bathroom towels and bedsheets were provided, and the sheets were changed whenever necessary. The room was cleaned every day while I was out. There was no issue of having no water or electricity throughout the duration of my stay. The doors were secure and the windows had curtains for privacy. There was enough space to keep my belongings and they were not meddled with during cleaning.

I would have preferred if they had provided handwash and soap, since most hotels and apartments do it these days. The rooms are a bit old, which can be seen especially in the bathroom, since the taps, bucket, and cup are a bit worn out. The shower was not working properly, as the water was coming through only a few holes. This is possible because the other holes were clogged. Another thing that might not be in the owner's control is that some construction was going on just outside the apartment, which made a lot of noise. But this is a temporary thing, since the construction will be finished at some point. Most of these are kind of common in a typical Indian household, I'm just nitpicking since I have paid a good amount to stay here (around ₹1500-₹1600 per night). The pros outweigh the cons in general, and these are things that can be improved upon by the owner to make it a much better place to stay.

I am staying for the last month.. the staff is very friendly.. food is amazing. Very safe area and great value of this apartment. Couples in the best place. only breakfast is free.
