It was very spacious and had most of the facilities advertised. The air con and fans are powerful and the bed is nice and firm.

"Relatively uncomfortable and disastrous stay to forget"

It’s like a pg accommodattion.. families pls don’t prefer..owners are good, but you don’t feel like staying in a hotel.. tht too in main area like tiruvanmiyur.. facilities weren’t up to the mark.. it’s an old building n the rooms are having heavy pungent smell which made our stay even more uncomfortable.. And no options for breakfast were given..

"Decent stay in a good location in this homestay. However scope for improvement is there"

Good location and value for money. Quite homely breakfast given . Room is spacious

Charging sockets to be looked at. Also house keeping to be done on a daily basis.
