It was a lovely secluded location near Manor Gardens and the river. Had a real cottage feel to the place and lovely cottage garden.

Would have been useful to have a waste bin in the bedroom.

Difficult to find, so very quiet and peaceful.

Very nice place but overpriced. It’s basically someone’s spare room and bathroom.

A small quirky cottage in the older part of Dawlish. A 10 minute riverside walk takes you to shops. beach, rail station and pubs. Off street parking is available nearby which is rare in the centre of Dawlish. The host has excellent local knowledge. The room is small but comfortable, and there is a lounge available to visitors, with a small outside seating area.. Everything was beautifully clean including a large bath/shower room.
