Chart House Bed and Breakfast

This is a charming bed and breakfast. We were going to walk around Box Hill and some of the other hills on the area and Chart House was a brilliant central location. The owner is very friendly and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and could access everything. Bed was comfy and they even provided a bed for the dog. Shower is not en suite but is powerful and bathroom has heated floor. A great place to stay.

Very warm and hospitable host. Property to die for. Beautiful gardens. Location for Dorking town center perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to bars & restaurants.

It’s quite remote, not a fault of the business, just a matter of limited acres with buses and rail.

Location was perfect due to being 5 minutes walk from the family I was visiting.

The walls seemed pretty thin and the room was next to the bathroom and toilet. So not a good night's sleep unfortunately.

Good location. Friendly host. Comfy bed. Good selection of teas/coffees in the room. Lovely garden to wake up to.

Dated interiors. Toilet in the corridor. Quite a lot of noise from next door neighbour (another guest), soundproofing can do with improving. Doors shut really loudly unless you put a lot of effort to remember to hold them whilst closing. A little on expensive side for the facilities offered.
