The staff, the family, were very welcoming, even if they were not there very often. Spotless clean, excellent breakfast and very quiet. The house is full of loving memories spanning over many generations. The house breathes this love.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The b&b is in a very quiet road and very peaceful. Chart house is in easy walking distance of Dorking town centre with eateries to suit every budget.

Chart house isn't en-suite, so you have to try and time yourself for bathroom and toilets. As it turned out, it wasn't a major problem. Breakfast was plentiful, my only complaint was that we were charged £8 for a cooked breakfast against £6 quoted on Booking.com (it's only £2 but it's the principle)

Garden is stunning rooms are really well equipped with a fan for the hot weather and a little mini fridge if needed! Breakfast was catered for and felt completely at home there

"This is a beautiful home in a picturesque setting. The garden is exceptionally pretty."

The self service breakfast was very good. We were able to make use of the kitchen at our leisure and this worked well.

We would have liked an en suite bathroom. There was no indication in the booking that we were not going to have one.
