Le confort des lits, la gentillesse de l'hôtesse d'accueil.

La chambre était vraiment trop petite. 3 lits les uns à côté des autres. On ne pouvait même pas ouvrir nos valises sur le sol car pas de place. La vue de la chambre n'était pas top. Trop loin du centre de El Nido, obliger de prendre un tuck tuck pour l'aller retour, environ 10 min.

Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique et disponible. L'emplacement : hôtel plutôt bien situé, suffisamment loin du centre pour ne pas subir les désagréments nocturnes, et suffisamment proche pour profiter du centre d'El Nido Accès facile à la plage et aux bars restaurants de plage Parking devant l'hôtel

Un petit déjeuner un peu plus copieux aurait été appréciable

Nous avons aimé le logement.

Le petit-déjeuner était très limité et peu satisfaisant. Par ailleurs, nous sommes passés par l’hôtel pour réserver le Tour A en bateau autour des îles d’El Nido. Malheureusement, l’hôtel travaille avec un opérateur appelé “Klenkris” qui s’est révélé être une véritable arnaque. Nous avons payé pour le tour, mais nous n’avons même pas pu accéder au Big Lagoon, car le bateau ne disposait pas des autorisations nécessaires. Il est inacceptable que l’hôtel continue de recommander ce type d’opérateur alors qu’il est évident qu’il ne respecte pas les conditions requises.
