Orlando's

We really enjoyed out stay. We went to the Sundown Festival Saturday. Orlando was the perfect host and such a lovely man. Breakfast was outstanding and the B and B was the perfect location. Lovely and quiet and had everything we needed. My self and my partner are already looking to book next year and extending our stay with Orlando for a possible 3 nights. Highly recommended

Did not have breakfast. I think for the price we paid it could have included at least a continental breakfast

Toilet not in room but close enough to room to be not a serious oroblem

On site parking, quiet, and well located for city centre, and other local sights, like the Plantation Garden, and St John the Baptist cathedral

This was like being a home away from home! The service of the staff was outstanding and i would definitely recommend to others wanting somewhere great to stay

Bed was comfy enough but forget about the rest. First time ever I gave a bad review to a property.

I think it's a short/medium stay property as someone living there let me in after been waiting for 1 hour outside as the owner/landlord wasn't there for my check in(around 7pm) and didn't answer to my messages and phone calls. Got into the room that I've booked,a double room,as door was open and keys in the lock. Went out for a meal (I thought there was a restaurant as said on the property description where in fact there were just take away menus downstairs for deliveries). Room was a bit smelly and some rubbish on the floor, dirty socks in the drawer, basic toilet and shower, bed comfy enough. Upstairs corridor full or rubbish and a basket of dirty clothes on the floor. Breakfast room downstairs was a total mess, tools and rucksacks on the tables and next to the cuttlery. 10:40pm the owner knocked at my door asking me how did I manage to get in and asked me to move to a different room as that one had been booked by someone else. I refused and closed the door. Quality/price ratio not good at all. Customer service below 0.

Orlando is an utter treasure. He went above and beyond, cooked us an incredible dinner at short notice (so sorry, Orlando!!), he was amazing all round. The entire property was very clean, decorated well - a little eclectic and personal, in the best way! Great price, great food, great service, great everything!

Literally nothing bad to say. I'm a pretty particular person and everything was fandabbydozy. Even the shower mat was the best I've stepped on in my life (like a tiny, flat, foam trampoline!)

Thought it had an en suite but only a shower and sink in the room. This may have been stated in the description but might not have booked if I'd have known it was a shared toilet

Nothing. Only positive was the bed was reasonably comfortable and Orlando himself was a lovely guy

Owner wasn't aware we'd booked and was surprised to see us, he was about to lock up and go to bed! Shower is in the bedroom! Sink is in the bedroom. Toilet walls don't reach the ceiling and there's no light so you have to rely on the light from the bedroom to slightly light up the loo. No tea making facilities in the room. We asked if we could get a cup of tea and he let us use his kitchen which was cluttered and very messy with dirty pots, pans and crockery. There is no restaurant on site as stated and breakfast is NOT available as stated. Would never stay there again and think £166 for 2 nights is a joke and to be honest, I'm very surprised that booking.com has this property on their site. Not a good advert for them and I will think again about using booking.com for allowing this to be an option that they would want to offer to a customer!!
