Sinclair Inn Bed & Breakfast

Absolutely loved our stay here! Our room was immaculate and comfortable. The house is gorgeous and the grounds fabulous. Make sure you take a stroll through the garden; you may meet a couple of sweet chickens along the way. The breakfast was delicious every day! Great variety and locally sourced ingredients. There were also fresh baked cookies available along with complimentary water and sodas. It's the little things;] The area is beautiful with plenty to do. We loved all of the small towns and met wonderful locals who were kind and help make our stay great.

A good bed-and-breakfast, reasonably clean and well situated. Tough to get in and out of the parking lot. Breakfast was lovely.

When we arrived after hours, the code for the lockbox did not work for us nor were there clear instructions listed. another guest came and was able to open the lockbox and gain entry for us. In the room, facing the street, we could see blinds with the window but no instructions as to how to lower them. 2 unusual events in our frequent stays at B&Bs. Kyle, the owner, seemed uninterested in our feedback about the lockbox and asked if we had rang the bell. I told him we did not want to wake the guests and he said it only rings in his quarters, a fact not listed outside the front door. Other than that, and its location down many very dark and curvy Vermont roads was excellent. Quiet, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Would stay again.

I have stayed at this B&B before, under the previous owners. It was great then, and it's great, maybe even a little better, under the new owners. Overall, very, very good to excellent. The new owners prepared an impressive breakfast - good food, some local high quality, some organic, and went above and beyond to accomodate my food allergies.

The shower was small - this is not an easy fix -- but otherwise the room was very comfortable.

Charming place, comfortable room, delicious breakfast and friendly owners. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property and home. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great breakfast with all locally sourced products. Kyle and his family are wonderful hosts. Even had afternoon treats out when we got back from the day. Another benefit—the B&B is only 25 mins from Burlington, and while it may seem more convenient to stay downtown, after a day in Burlington or so, you are looking for other sites to see. Your wallet will thank you given the difference in rates to Burlington downtown hotels, and you are centrally located to other sites in Waterbury (Ben & Jerry’s Tour), and Montpelier and closer to Stowe.

This was probably the nicest B&B we've ever stay in, and we've been to a lot! The building itself is charming and well kept. Our accommodations were clean and beautifully decorated. Every amenity was provided, including bathrobes and chocolates on the pillow at night. The owners were so friendly and accommodating too. The gardens are beautiful also.

The breakfast was so much more than expected! Unique ham pinwheel was special and the parfait was incredible. The gardens on property are gorgeous. We will be back.
