We loved staying with Tracey and Andrew and this was our third stay . The place is spotless , the beds are so comfortable and the food is amazing and Tracey and Andrew are fantastic hosts

The owners were friendly. Great choice of breakfast. The fruit platter was excellent. Close to town centre

Sink in the bedroom but I understand why that was the case.

What a find. Exceptional Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Keswick. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed, lovely ensuite. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again when back in Keswick. Although would have to book in advance as assume this is a very popular place to stay.
