The location is perfect 10mn from the center, and Andrew and Stacey made you feel at home, they give you advice about what to do in the area and care that you have a nice stay and experience ! It’s a very cozy place, clean bedroom with a view and what a breakfast, full English breakfast with lots of fruits to feel ready for your hikes! I would recommend it!

Everything was perfect. Fantastic customer service. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was a lot of attention to detail to make this an outstanding Guesthouse.

Very clean though out the guest house

Breakfast was outstanding, lovely produce. Amazing fruit platter. Nothing was too much bother and hosts were lovely. It's sometimes the little things that make a stay special and there were plenty of little touches that made it for us.

I couldn't fault this bed and breakfast and will definitely be returning in the future. Location was very central to everything. Like a lot of bed and breakfasts in Keswick you might not always get parked outside the bed and breakfast but on our visit we were lucky and that was a bonus.

Tracey and Andrew were fantastic hosts - nothing was too much trouble! Their communication before and during our stay was excellent. The twin room was comfortable, clean and well-furnished. The breakfast was brilliant - plenty of options and served with great attention and friendliness. We would highly recommend!
