Location by the beach

Loud music from beach bars till the early hours…..

Top location, just few steps from the beach but in the corner of the lagoon so not close to the top busy and noisy day and night life at the beach hotels and bars. We had the possibility to choose our room because we arrived early. We took the one on the top of the family house. It was also very safer in that way. The family that runs the place is amazing. Trying to help and inform you on all things we have asked.We had an amazing terrace breakfast every morning. We asked for home made Sri Lankan. The father is cooking and his dhal curry was the best we had. We were served fresh juices, home made string hoopers from red rice, classic hoopers, egg hoppers,sambol, fruit… room was clean and big, as well the bathroom with hot shower, nice bed with clean sheets. They are animal lovers, having their Shih Tzu in the house and few aquariums. Air condition was clean and working perfectly. Also the huge ventilator on the top. WiFi was good.

The room was big, comfortable and clean. Hot water and so close to the beach and great restaurants. Would highly recommend it. The staff were great.

Located at the far end of the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Owner also helped me with my onward travel arrangements at short notice.

As other reviewers have mentioned, on some nights there was loud music from nearby bars into the early hours. Ear plugs recommended

Exactly as advertised. Big room and bed. Only a short walk to beach, bars and restaurants.

Only issue was the noise from a nearby bar until around 4am. With noise cancelling earbuds it was still quite loud
