Feels just like home, clean, comfy and peaceful. The host Annie is very friendly and helpful. This is actually the best accommodation I stayed during my trip, beat a 4 star hotel! I will definitely go back if I visit Rotorua again.

Nothing, the benefits outweigh any other concerns.

"Beautiful home with private rooms."

Beautiful home just outside Roratua. Gorgeous views of the lake. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very private. Annie was an amazing hostess. Made beautiful cappuccinos for us for breakfast and introduced us to golden and ruby kiwis. Annie had great recommendations on where to go and for dinner. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

"Amazing accommodation at Annie's"

Annie is amazing, so welcoming and friendly. Plus she makes delicious poached eggs. Sitting room is really nice, feels like home. Place is spotless. If you arrive in the dark, get ready to be blown away by the views in the morning!

The hospitality of Annie, her tips on local sightseeing and a great helpful nature. This place and facility was among he best. Will carry lovely memorries of the holiday
