תשאלו מה לא אהבנו אהבנו הכל במיוחד את אני בעלת המקום אנחנו מטיילים כבר חודשים אבל מקום כמו של אני עוד לא חוינו הכל נקי כמו בית מרקחת מכינה לנו אוכל על המקום במטבח שלה ביצי חופש טעימים תענוג לשוחח איתה .מסבירה כל כך יפה יש לה 2 חדרים להשכרה אך היא משכירה רק חדר אחד בכדי שיהייה נוח מטבח קטן וחמוד שיש בו הכל ושוב הכל נקי למישעי חדר כמובן גדול ויפה ונוח מיטה סופר נוחה אבל גולת הכותרת זה הנוף המדהים שייש לה מהגינה בקיצור נהננו מעל ומעבר אצל האני כמובן שנחזור שוב בשמחה תודה רבה לך האני

Booked, because the property had an across-the-board 10 rating. And we can only endorse the 10. Annie was the perfect hostess. The guest rooms were luxury-level. The property - and the guest rooms specifically - had a spectacular view. The (14km) out-of-town location was great, certainly for us, although it would not suit those who specifically want to be in Rotorua itself. Thank you Annie.

Maybe, just a little, the breakfast. Although I'm sure that if we had asked for something different (we didn't), Annie would have bent over backwards to deliver.

Clean, well kept, excellent hostess.

A wonderful place to stay with the perfect host. A lovely and very comfortable place to stay in a great location, out of town, with wonderful views. All the little details make this a special place to stay and Annie helped us with recommendation on where to eat and what to do. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit.

Everything was as we had hoped for. All of the positive reviews describe how Annie goes above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay in her home. The private space and facilities for our sole use were great, as was the breakfast. What makes the property special though is Annie herself. There are few people you meet who are genuinely lovely and she is one of these. Ideas for things to go and see, caring about the UV levels in NZ to make sure we didn’t burn (!), responsive to our questions and really interested in us as visitors to her adopted country. Annie has thought really hard about her business model and how she can apply this to get the best out of it both for her guests and herself personally. Thoroughly recommended if you can find a free slot. Book early to avoid disappointment.
