Everything. The host was exceptional! She was kind, courteous, and an excellent cook. She gave us wonderful recommendations that never lead us astray durring our stay and even after! The room was beautiful and we had access to a tea room and entertainment room. Everything was clean, organized, and down right magical. The views were spectacular and the sunrise was gorgeous.

There is nothing I can think of that I did not like or enjoy about my stay.

Annie was so friendly and accommodating! The home and property were incredibly clean. The view from the bedroom was stunning!! Breakfast was so good! We loved our stay!!

Great location for what we had planned

Super host that catered to guests every need. Such as how do you like your eggs? What time for breakfast, and gave us tips on fast pass for the redwood forest treetop walk Invaluable knowledge really of things to do, how long to drive and how to make the most of our day/stay

The accomodation was immaculate, location and views were stunning. It was quiet and peaceful and exceeded our expectation. Annie our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectation. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful house within an exclusive semi-rural estate. Everyone in this area is garden proud and with views to the Lake- simply stunning! Annie the host is delightful! Her breakfasts were fabulous & the house spotless - truly a wonderful host. This made our stay in Rotorua for a great place to visit.

The place was meticulously clean (actually spotless) and one of the rare few places where real life looks better than the photos! We also had the lounge area all to ourselves. The B&B was a short drive from town and perched on a hill overlooking Lake Rotorua - wished we had more time to enjoy the garden. Annie was super nice and helpful and we really enjoyed speaking to her.

Beautifully set in a quiet relaxing location, surrounded by green hills, this B&B is memorable!!! The room is perfectly equipped, with the most comfortable bed and pillows, spacious shower, excellent heating/cooling, seating area with TV outside the room. Excellent value. Rich breakfast with eggs, fruit, yogurt, etc. The best part of it is the hostess, Annie. Such a lovely, warm lady, so helpful with tips and suggestions for the important sites in the region. The quality of service goes beyond the extra mile! Annie, you made our stay at Bellarosa really unforgettable!
