Annie was such an amazing host. This property is a hidden gem...Really convenient to Hells Gate mud baths. Set in beautiful gardens with a view of the lake. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Superb!

Our hosts own an incredible home with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hillside and lake below...landscaping is amazing. Our host was so engaging and helpful with surrounding attractions. The area includes a lounge, small area for fridge and tea. Our host was so humble, saying no one can have a perfect rating. I disagree. Just note that this is out of town, so eating meals should be done in Rotorua.

Annie is an excellent hostess. She thought about everything and gave us good advice. She is an absolute star.

This accommodation is exceptional. Host Annie is warm and hospitable, providing us with valuable activity recommendations. The house is new, spacious, and impeccably clean. Since Annie hosts only one group at a time, we had exclusive access not only to the en-suite bedroom but also to the adjacent lounge/activity room and a small storage area. The bedding is very comfortable, and the guest room offers a lovely garden view. The neighborhood is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen, with stunning distant lake views from the front of the house. The garden outside the guest room is delightful; this season, there’s a large hydrangea floor bed that’s perfect for photos.

The house was extremely clean and tidy. Its location was idyllic. Annie was a lovely host; very generous and easy to chat to. It was a shame we had only one night. We should have stayed longer.

Our host Annie was fabulous, her home is in a great location a short distance from the main Rotorua town and the accommodation was beautifully maintained and to a very high standard. The property affords beautiful views of Lake Rotorua in a secluded development of individual and well spread out properties. Highly recommended.

Loved everything at Annie’s!! Great AC, spotlessly clean, so spacious! The view is amazing any way you look. Annie also makes a wonderful breakfast, and is so friendly and welcoming. The room(s) feel like a private little apartment- She only books for one set of guests at a time. One of the best spots we’ve stayed.
