Annie was so welcoming and hospitable. You can tell how much pride Annie takes in her business and making sure all of your needs are met. The property is beautiful, conveniently located, and meticulously clean. I would hands down recommend a stay at Bella Rosa and hope it is available on our next trip to NZ!

Everything. Annie our host was amazing from the moment that we arrived. We had a very comfortable room and sitting room . Gave us ideas and tips about what to see and do and where to eat. She made us very welcome . Thank you Annie for a lovely stay!

Bellarosa B&B is the best place we stayed in New Zealand! In our opinion, it ranked higher than the Pullman in Auckland and Novotel in Christchurch! The property is situated in a small, exclusive neighborhood at the top of the hill. The view of Lake Rotorua is spectacular! The garden is beautiful and immaculately maintained by the owner, Annie. We had an entire wing of the house to ourselves. There are 2 bedrooms but Annie only takes one booking per night, so the other bedroom is unoccupied unless there are 3 or more people in your booking. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is a nice-sized bathroom with luxury bath items. In the morning, Annie provided us with a hearty breakfast consisting of eggs, ham, toast, cereal, yoghurt and fruits. This was an exceptional, incredible booking. We wish we could stay longer but our plans required us to keep moving on. Do yourself a favour and experience a stay at Bellarosa B&B for a few nights!
