Very friendly welcome from Cristina and Alex. Good information provided where was good to eat, ferry timetables and overall we had a lovely stay. Roof terrace was good a good place to relax in the evening and watch the birds and sunset.

"Cheap and cheerful."

It was clean and had a lovely roof terrace.

The beds were very small and it lacked a bit of character. It was fine.

Everything was awesome! The room was very nice and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The location is top (under 10 minutes walk to the port where the ferry departs ). Cristina is the kindest host ever🫶🏾. She is very caring and always there if you need something. I really enjoyed my stay and can only reccomend Al Casa Grande! ☺️

There is no air conditioning. But it's okay, because there is a well-functioning fan. In general, if you suffer from the heat, I would avoid going to the Algarve in the hottest months July/August.

"Lovely hotel, lovely location, lovely host!"

Really nice, cute, and clean hotel in a great location. Although we only stayed one night, Cristina (the host) really made us feel welcome and shared lots of good tips about where to go and what to do. Lots of flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out time too, which was really appreciated. Would definitely highly recommend!
