The staff were quite friendly. We also thought that the location of our stay at the hotel, was very ideal for ourselves. Also the breakfast options on a morning, were very acceptable aswell.

The bed seemed to soft for ourselves.

A very good breakfast I was given just what I asked for . Good location right at the heart of things.

Staff very young and very slow,slow to check us in. Didn't want to eat there. Dirty,needs a good revamp, redecorating, plaster and paper coming off walls on stairs, windows that won't open, unsafe stairs no railings right on top floor (room 11) Was not value for money and would not recommend.

Location for price was excellent. Very accommodating on swaps for breakfast items which were good
