Good location and a great breakfast

One of the bedrooms was a bit small

Everything was good

Room was very spacious, larger than we'd thought. Bed was clean, as well as the ensuite facilities which were roomier than we'd thought they'd be. The fan was very much appreciated

There was no one on site, staff wise when we arrived so we had no idea of the booking in procedure, (the cleaning lady let us in and told us the procedure.) While it wasn't difficult, we were unaware of the need for a permit to park on the road so had to find alternative parking off street until we could check in.

To many stairs

Good /clean/well managed.

Everything about this guest house is great. Cannot fault it. We didn't have breakfast because our friends were self catering and made breakfast for us.

There was nothing that we didn't like

We arrived on 39 June my wife was taken ill and we left the same evening to drive home to west Wales nothing further to add

Very old cramped accommodation and no staff at all on hand if required

not far from whitby harbor , clean and a good base , extra bonus was the parking permit
