The host replies fast and answers questions. Helped us to get a ride from the bus station and to Alishan Park. She also helped us to buy things because the shop was far away.

They don't provide disposable toothbrush nor toothpaste. The fact the the bus schedule was different on the weekend, and we weren't made aware. It was difficult getting to the bus stop where we were advised we could be picked up from. Also, there was no food or other drink option on the facility. Only coffee and tea. It would have been nice if they offered beverages alcoholic and nonalcoholic, as well as certain types of food for sale. At least the prepackaged noodles or some sandwiches. Anything. This is because the location is in the middle of nowhere and taxi is very expensive.

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to relax in the mountains under the open sky. Unique, abundant, and delicious breakfast. Hostess was gracious; our group had a wonderful conversation with her as she shared her perspectives being native to the area. Already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

A 40 minutes drive from the Alishan park, but close to a town with excellent restaurants and shops

The hostel owner was very helpful with transportation and was caring as well. She is passionate about her Tsou culture and willing to share it with us.

Just a little old in terms of the facilities

The surroundings is peaceful and the best coffee in town is opposite us!

breakfast was a 10/10. the owner cooked for us and even went out of their ways to pick us up from the bus stop. they were very friendly and treated us warmly.

the rooms didn't have air con so it was a bit hot and there were some bugs in the room

Amazing hospitality, lovely host, very peaceful place, beautiful views from the deck, surrounded by nature. I’d love to come back again.
