Struan House B&B

Der Betreiber war sehr freundlich. Das Full Scottish Breakfast war sehr gut. Die Lage direkt am Hafen war für eine Erkundung von Tarbert sehr vorteilhaft.

Friendly, family run guesthouse overlooking the harbour. Comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms with numerous framed Roger Dean prints (the owner has personal connections). Small but cosy single room. Excellent hot shower with good water pressure. Superb breakfast with some tasty extras. Nice to find a guesthouse and rooms with interesting decorations, so many places these days are bland and uninspiring.

I booked a double room but for solo traveller. It is however big enough fir two people. It has an ensuite with quadrant shower. It may be a bit tight for some but due to limitations of an older but heautifully maintained older building. The room has an unrestricted view over the quay, harbour, marina etc. There was a kettle to make tea, coffee etc and a fridge on the floor beloe with milk and still water.

Gorgeous cozy wee B&B looking onto the Tarbert Coast Line. Very friendly & entertaining B&B owners.

L’accueil était très chaleureux. La décoration de la chambre et de l’ensemble de l’hôtel était très original avec des estampes de qualité.

Breakfast was delicious. The room was very comfortable and I was made to feel very welcome.

The owners were very accommodating with an earlier breakfast as I had to leave for the ferry.
