Bergamo Bassa

Bardzo miła rodzina- wszystko jak w domu. Odbiór z lotniska bezproblemowy, ostatniego dnia mieliśmy powrót o 20 to nie musieliśmy się cofać po bagaże, dowieziono je nam w ustalone miejsce oraz zawieziono na lotnisko ( dodatkowo zaproponowano że możemy jeszcze skorzystać z pokoju po zakończonej dobie hotelowej) . Godzinę śniadania ustalaliśmy indywidualnie mimo że było od 8 właściciel na naszą prośbę zrobił o 7. Klimatyzacja sprawna, łóżko wygodne. Do pociągu 15 minut spacerkiem, do autobusu 3 min.

Семейный бизнес, встретили и отвезли. Рассказывали истории, отвечали на вопросы и давали рекомендации. Номер чистый и аккуратный, без излишества. Завтра по согласованию приготовили специально под нас, просто и вкусно, сытно. За свои деньги стоило того, не о чем переживать не нужно было.

Не конкретных минусов.

We stayed only for one night after arriving on a 10pm flight. The owners son, Simone, was there to pick us up on arrival and take us to the guest house for a quick check in. The apartment was lovely and comfortable and there was a small bed set up for our daughter. Plenty of facilities such as the kitchen but we didn't really use. We ordered breakfast, which was delivered in the morning at the time we chose, for us to enjoy in our apartment. Simone gave me a lift back to the airport in the morning to pick up our hire car. The owner was very helpful with any queries, via Whatsapp, and shared a PDF with all the info we could need. Nice selection of breakfast options. Fantastic transfer from the airport, with very clear pick-up instructions.

It was tight to maneuver our car from the property, but we were helped by a lady there.

Super kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo życzliwy i uczynny. Przyjechał po nas na lotnisko. Na bieżąco interesował się nami i czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy. Śniadania smaczne. Blisko do stacji pkp (co było pomocne przy zwiedzaniu innych miejscowości). Pozdrawiamy Riccardo. Adrian z rodziną

Would recommend this apartment - probably give it 11 out of 10 if possible! The owners are the nicest people and so kind and considerate. Our flight was delayed and rerouted due to the weather but we were picked up from the airport by the family despite being nearly midnight. They also helped us sort out another hire car as our first one was cancelled. The apartment was amazing with comfortable beds and every possible facility. Breakfast is delivered to you door in the morning with a wide selection of different options at a pre-arranged time. Short walk to the station and close to the airport too. I would definitely stay there again.
