Bergamo Bassa

Locatia frumoasa, foarte curat, proprietarii deosebit de amabili, mic dejun excelent si pozitionare aproape de gara, daca sunteti interesat de calatorii in imprejurimi. Nu am avut nevoie de transport in comun, se poate ajunge pe jos in toate punctele de interes turistic.

I needed an overnight stay prior to a flight & noticed the good reviews. Now I understand why, Riccardo & Simo were so helpful as they include transfers from/to the train station & Bergamo airport as part of the stay. I was leaving before the normal time for breakfast & they still provided it. The room & facilities are secure, clean & comfortable, providing all I needed. PDF booklet about the property was very informative with good recommendations, I went to a restaurant only 400m away which was great. Great place to stay, very nice people who want to help & do the right things, highly recommended.

Bardzo udany pobyt w hotelu Bergamo Bassa. Pokój był duży, łazienka czysta, a cały hotel utrzymany na bardzo wysokim poziomie czystości. Pokoje były regularnie sprzątane i przez cały pobyt wszystko było bez zarzutu. Największym atutem tego miejsca jest jednak personel, dla którego naprawdę warto tu wrócić. Riccardo, właściciel, był niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i zawsze gotowy pomóc w każdej sytuacji. Szczególnie doceniliśmy jego pomoc późnym wieczorem, kiedy przez przypadek zostawiliśmy klucze do pokoju w wynajętym samochodzie. Riccardo przyjechał z zapasowymi kluczami i bez problemu otworzył nam pokój, za co jesteśmy mu bardzo wdzięczni. Dużym plusem była także możliwość ustalenia godziny śniadania według naszych potrzeb oraz transport z i na lotnisko. Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji — blisko komunikacji miejskiej prowadzącej na stare miasto oraz niedaleko dworca kolejowego, co jest świetną bazą do dalszych wycieczek. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i z przyjemnością wrócimy tam ponownie. ------------------ We had a wonderful stay at Bergamo Bassa. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. Everything was spotless during our stay. The most important part of this hotel is the staff – they are the reason why we would gladly come back. Riccardo, the owner, was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. He was especially helpful when, late in the evening, we accidentally left our room keys in the rental car. He came with spare keys and opened the room for us without any problem, which we truly appreciated. We also really appreciated the flexible breakfast hours and the transport service between the hotel and the airport. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to public transport to the old town and also very near the train station, which makes it perfect for further trips around the area.

Struttura pulita, moderna, accogliente. L'host gentile e disponibile. Comunicazione fluida. Buona colazione fatta in casa e letti comodissimi. I servizi intorno accessibili a piedi, con supermercato e ristorantini. Posizione ideale per raggiungere l'aeroporto.

Camera e bagno molto puliti, letto confortevole. Ho dormito benissimo. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, preparano la colazione e la servono meglio che in un hotel (sia in qualità che in quantità). Nonostante la posizione non sia centrale, nel senso stretto del termine, è a 10’ a piedi dalla stazione o facilmente raggiungibile tramite bus. Mi è stato lasciata l’opportunità di usufruire del parcheggio interno per qualche ora oltre il check out.

Gestori gentilissimi, stanza comoda e accogliente, posizione non lontana dalle maggiori attrazioni e possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in sicurezza all'interno della struttura.
