"Exceptional"

The place is beautiful vintage with unique vibe. Perfect location. Really loved the furnishings. The breakfast room is a little gem. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't mind, but just a warning to people, for whom heat is an issue - it is on the last floor and the common areas tend to be very warm in summer. The rooms are air-conditioned.

"Good option to stay, I can recommend."

Good location, good breakfast, very friendly lady served me breakfast. Nice, big room. Easy contactless check in.

The bathroom is outside the bedroom, but private. The towels and linens do not smell well; maybe the host should switch to a different detergent, but it is a small issue.

"We lived the accomodation and Bologna."

The location was excellent and was impressed with staff we had to deal with.

We needed to know in advance that the correct cash was required to pay the city tax. Tourists do not travel with cash now. Also a receipt needs to be issued when paying with cash.it could be helpful if this was on the booking.com site.

Good location and very friendly breakfast staff with tasty breakfast.

Clunky entrance procedure which would be impossible to negotiate if your phone is not working. Only a roof light window so no view at all. No parking within a reasonable distance.

"Lovely stay"

Lovely stay the room was huge and the staff were very friendly. Easy to find and clear instructions to get in as self check in. In a good location. Breakfast in the morning was simple but good.

The only thing was the bathroom being outside the room but was okay for 1 night

"Perfect for a short stay"

Excellent all around! Great location literally a stones throw from the main hub. The staff were very sweet and helpful. We arrived a bit early so they let us leave our bags there while our room was being prepared. Air conditioning worked great and the bed was nice and cosy. Bathroom is outside of the bedroom but not a problem at all. Very clean and the hot water works well. A good restaurant recommendation called “Da Cesari” 5 minutes from the b&b. Just turn left on the main road and walk straight. Your won’t regret your stay.

No complaints from us.
