"Good location. But not for everyone"

It is in a really good location. In a nice area of Bologna, and easy to get to on the bus. The room was very quiet. The building itself is a magnificent piece of architecture. Gaia was very responsive when I contacted her.

It is basically a two-room apartment. It was not hotel standard – the quality of the bed linen, for example. Usually I stay at Hotel Accademia, but it was full as there was a fair on in Bologna. There are no windows, only skylights. Before arriving I had no telephone number and no one answered the bell, so I had to trail around for a couple of hours with my suitcase before I got a message with the code to enter. Everything is done remotely. The breakfast was a real disappointed – Nespresso capsules for coffee, and the croissants did not look appetising, so I just had fruit and went and had breakfast elsewhere. Also the bathroom is separate to the bedroom. It is not en suite. Especially when I travel alone, I don't want to stay in a place where no one lives... and then a woman comes in in the morning to serve breakfast and clean the rooms. A disappointing stay, but this was made up for by the area and my other experiences in Bologna – and that Gaia always responded quickly.

Lovely, large room, very quite with unique non corporate feel. The room has a velux window but is still nice and bright. Gina, who welcomes you, serves breakfast and cleans is simply wonderful.

Lovingly and stylishly furnished, spacious room, cozy atmosphere, everything very clean. Delicious breakfast (more than just coffee & croissant) in the beautiful breakfast room as a great start to the day! Great location only a 5-minute walk from the historic center. The hospitality and helpfulness of Gaia and Gina.
