Location was great and lovely old building. Access to the property was really simple

The bathroom area smelled damp and it was really hot when we were there so the smell was overpowering when in that area. The shower so close to the toilet was unusual and no ventilation in the bathroom made it extremely hot when in there.

Alles gut. Check-In per WhatsApp.

Excellent location and value for money

Positioned in a super location for visiting the history of Bologna. A lovely room and en-suite. Breakfast great and maid was very lovely and helpful at Breakfast. Good interaction with owner.

The electronic door opening was much simpler to use On one occasion tried to key to main room in wall entrance but we failed to open it. Yet we opened with the electronic route.

So just to address some things I read before I stayed here. The apartment is on the third floor and the floors below are occupied by businesses so nice and quiet over night. Keyless access is easy, we had to issue with mobile data!! The apartment is wonderful. But it is furnished in a vintage style, mismatched china, old books etc. So if you want modern chic it’s not for you. I loved it. Gaia is fantastic. Breakfast was fabulous (typical Italian breakfast of coffee and pastries but fruit, yogurt and cereal were also available as were ham and cheese toasted sandwiches). We stayed there alone so breakfasted alone but I have eaten in big hotels close to one other couple and it’s never awkward but if it would be for you, consider that!! Everything was great, clean sheets and towels, not a smelly towel to be found. I loved it!
