The property was in a fabulous position in the centre of everything.

Only that the bathroom was separate from the bedroom

Breakfast was great with cereal, croissant/pastries on offer plus fruit and coffee. There was decaff instant coffee in the room which was great for a late night coffee.

A nespresso coffee machine would have been great but we appreciated the decaff instant in any case!

Host was always available and very efficient

The is no cleaning room service.

The host was very friendly and the location was perfect.

Some days there was no warm water for the bath.

Great breakfast, perfect location to the central / old city we were visiting, and host was easy to reach to get in when we arrived and picked up our bags before leaving.

Location was wonderful. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Breakfast: Nothing hot-just basic croissants and fruit. Same fruit put out all three days No coffee in room

Love the location. Very easy walk to areas of Bologna from historic to more modern. Felt very safe with the security of the building. the breakfast was perfect. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were large.

Not enough room in the bathroom to sit down belongings. Bathroom was large enough. There was just not enough any shelf, space or counter space . Could not figure out how the toilet paper was hanging, but I think it was just supposed to be in the basket. Love the skylight however, if you want to sleep in, you won’t be able to. But who wants to sleep in when you’re at a location so beautiful! Our room did not have a view. window was looking into the hallway. If you want a view you’ll need to stay in another room or another location .
