This little BnB is in a very good location in the center of Bologna in a nice old house - close to restaurants and coffe bars. The management was very helpful, and we were let in even though we arrived much before we had stated. A very pleasant experience, and we would like to stay there again.

The building is stunning, located in a very convenient and central part of town. The apartment is lovely decorated, very charming and welcoming. The room has all you ll need for a restful and dreamy stay. A new system of keyless access to the building is employed using a smartphone. Very easy and convenient when checking in late. The breakfast is organized by the host and has everything you’ll need to start your day in the best of ways. Bologna is known for its hospitality and the host is up to the standards- she is extremely friendly and nice, available to all sorts of needs you may have. You’ll feel looked after with great care!

I traveled with my teen soon, we both loved everything here, all was perfect!

The breakfast was lovely and the location is ideal

The furniture was very old and very low off the ground. Quite impractical to sit on. The dresser drawer were difficult to open and close and the wardrobe was awkward to use. The towels were very rough because they were air dried and the shower was terrible. It toilet was literally inside the shower area and the shower water drained all over the floor space. There was no “stall” for the shower. Lastly, there was very little space to lay your toiletries

Great find in the centre of Bologna. Really quirky and tastefully decorated. Host was very nice and all institutions were very clear.

For me the bed could of been a bit firmer.

Perfect location, just a few steps from Piazza Maggiore. Many cafes, pastry shops, bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Large and pleasant room. The breakfast was good. Both the hostess and the waitress were nice and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage in our room when we arrived. If you arrive by plane, take a taxi: for a couple is almost the same price as the marconi express train and it leaves you in the bb instead of the station (which is 25m walking distance).

The toilet is outside the room (but it is good, private and on the next door)

Everything was perfect: - the room is very cosy, and no noise from outside - the apartment was very clean - the location is very good, near Piazza Maggiore - a fresh breakfast was served (great cappuccino, the croissants are delicious) - the host was very kind to us

Everything was great except the shower drain. Our room had a handicap shower. Nothing wrong with that. But the drain didn't drain the water fast enough to not flood the bathroom floor with a 3 minute shower. I can't imagine how big the flood would've been if I washed my hair. It took about 5 minutes for the backed up water to drain. Overall, it is a lovely place and I would definitely stay there again. If the shower drained efficiently, it would be perfect.

Close to the main square, restaurants, bars and number of shopping centres. Very nice staff and room very authentic in Italian style. Breakfast was delicious too.
