Telephone communications are very poor

Straight forward and easy. Good location for catching early flight in the morning. Clean and friendly.

The pillows in my room were very large and lumpy, giving me a headache and only 2 hours sleep. Not safe road for walking to airport despite what other reviews said. 20 pounds better than taxi or uber but still expensive. I would like “free shuttle” to give that “great value for money stay” feeling.

It’s so comfortable to stay there after a long journey , and only around the corner from the airport. So very convenient .

Nothing at all

Location

No clear instructions on how or where to collect the keys, just says to let yourself into the main door. Rang the door bell to speak to the staff regarding our keys and he looked at us like we were stupid - wasn’t welcoming at all. Also it says to park in front the garage but there were no spaces so we parked where we could, he then told us we had to move it. There are tea/coffee facilities in the room and cereal downstairs but no milk to be found? There was clear signs of mould in the room and bathroom and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The walls are paper thin I could hear the other guests conversations in the room next to me. The toilet seat is also not attached properly.

La route, pas de trottoirs tt le long... Avec les valises qd on est piétons, il faut faire attention !

Very comfortable and easy to find and host was very good at answering questions online. Also parking space. Will def book again!

Very clean and well set up for breakfast when leaving early for airport. Perfect stay for purpose of our visit

Bed was a little awkward as couldn't walk round both sides and both of us have disabilities but was not a major issue but could be for others.
