Casa Aulivo

Domiano was so accommodating and hospitable. The suite was spectacular, romantic and clean and unique. The suite had a lovely bath centered under what looked like a hand laid rock wall. There was a fireplace, set up for a fire for us—all we had to do was light it! And candles all over. The place was charming. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed a week!

The downstairs room had no wifi/cell reception, the bath was leaking

Parking is many stone steps away, be prepared

Just perfect! Warm and hospitable check-in. Beautiful room with astounding terrace and view. Delicious breakfast with good variety. Both healthy and hearty. This is the perfect location in a gorgeous village, run by people who genuinely care about their guests. A super experience that I highly recommend.

The people running this place were lovely and made us feel so comfortable. They even agreed to help us out with a difficult delivery. The place was better than expected. We felt like in a old castle. So charming in these little italian "medieval-like" streets. And the view is incredible despite the storm that occured during this stay. We will come back for sure. Thank you !

Absolutely beautiul!

Lovely property in Caiazzo with a vintage Italian manor style and well decorated to keep in theme with that style. What we liked the most was the hospitality and friendliness of our hosts, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, particularly Damiano, who woke up to prepare breakfast for us, with eggs from his own hens and vegetables from the garden outside the balcony we were eating. We also chatted a bit about his career as a photographer and he was kind enough to give us one of his lovely catalogs as well

It’s a particular style property that might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but we enjoyed our stay. We weren’t driving either so no issue there but as all small Italian villages, there’s not a lot of room for cars. Most people would probably come across it because of Pepe in Grani, but Caiazzo is worth a visit on its own
