pool and staff were nice and accomodating, good location

the water and electricity will shut off randomly, hair dryer not strong enough

Freundliches Personal, toller Pool, haben nach Beschwerde dass Abfluss stinkt ein kostenloses Roomugrade bekommen.

Beautiful room and very accommodating staff. The property is very pretty and quiet. Had drinks by the pool. In a very good location not far from the busier shops/markets.

Had some power issues but most likely temporary and was more area based (not hotel issue)

Egas was super friendly and helpful with recommendations, the rest of the staff were superb. The rooms were beautiful and rustic in the bed way, and the pool was 10/10. Will be back 🤗🏝️

Just some construction noises but that’s the whole of Uluwatu for you so nothing major.

El alojamiento no es tal cual se enseña en las fotos, muy antiguo. Cuando llegamos a la habitación estaba todo muy sucio, tanto las toallas como las sábanas llenas de manchas por todos lados. Aparte nos subieron los precios de los servicios que teníamos contratados días antes y no pudimos hacer nada. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel

So beautiful l, absolutely loved it, and the staff is so nice . Absolutely loved the place, really charming

- Wifi works sometimes, sometimes not. There is not even phone reception.. so for someone who is working, I wouldn’t recommend. - Construction noise from 9am. - power is cutting regularly but I didn’t mind too much - no hot water because of those issues, it actually impact your stay - mainly the internet issue If those issues are fixed, the place would be paradise

Aus der Unterkunft könnte man so viel mehr machen. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Der Pool und die ganze Außenanlage ist wunderschön und das Personal jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet.

- in meinem Zimmer roch es so stark nach Abfluss, es war wirklich schlimm - aus meiner Dusche kam nicht viel Wasser und warmes so gut wie garnicht - alles etwas abgewohnt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig Laut der Property Managerin wird wohl einiges verändert in der nächsten Zeit und investiert.

There were power cuts happening ever few minutes. A lot of big ants everywhere and the room wasn’t very clean.
