The house is magnificent, well maintained and very clean. The street is very quiet and yet in the city center.

A shortcoming was the toilet out of the room. But not such a big one to stop me from coming again

"Great spot for your Utrecht stay"

Zocher6's location is ideal for exploring and enjoying Utrecht! It is feet away from Janskerkhof, Saturday's flower market, a canal, cafes and restaurants. We stayed at the room on the back side of the house which made it super quiet, with a small garden patio to enjoy. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable (bigger than Queen size), the layout was creative and efficient. There are big windows for day light and thick window for privacy. Internet was reliable and fast. The host was very patient with our midnight arrival and was eager to make our stay great! Thank you, Henk!

As others already mentioned, the restroom is in the hallway and shared with another rental unit. We stayed for a week and only overlapped with other guests for 2 nights, so we had no problem with it. The restroom was cleaned daily and kept impeccably clean!

It was stylish and very well laid out, with plenty of space.The location was very good.

Would have preferred an en suite toilet but understand that this would have compromised the layout of the room.

"close to the center but no toilet of your own"

Henk was a very nice and helpful host, the room is located very central and very quiet!

We didn't realize when booking, that the toilette was outside the room and shared with other guests. Therefore the room was overpriced.

The position is very convenient to walk through the city center.

It is not explicit that the bathroom is shared and it seems absurd to me for the price I paid. The heating was turned on upon my arrival and the first night the room was very cold. There was no breakfast included even if the structure looks like a bed & breakfast. Usually when there is no breakfast on site they should provide you with vouchers for a nearby bar but this was not provided for either. Finally the shower is made by opaque glasses overlooking the inner courtyard, there is no real privacy.

"A hidden room in the centre of the city"

A very cosy room with everything you need for a short stay in Utrecht. Centrally located. The host is extremly nice and ready to help all the time.
