Unfortunately, The guest house was very disappointing, mainly due to the behavior of the staff. Hospitality and basic courtesy are essential in this industry, and sadly, both were lacking here. The staff was consistently unprofessional and rude in their interactions. Simple requests were met with an unfriendly attitude, and there was little effort to communicate politely or respectfully with guests. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than customers.
