RETURNING CUSTOMERS! We both had a really lovely stay! As always the hosts Astrid and Tony were extremely attentive and very knowledgeable of the surrounding local area. Astrid gave us some wonderful recommendations to do during our stay, which was appreciated! She also helped us prepare for a BBQ with everything we needed including the BBQ, fuel for the fire, utensils and condiments, which was great. The dogs Zach and Nala were a lovely addition to breakfast and great play mates at dinner in the garden. The room had everything including a coffee maker, kettle, and microwave, with a lovely addition of milk, water, juice and biscuits. We will definitely come back again!

Absolutely fantastic, beautiful room and gardens. Astrid & Tony are perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble and always happy to share their wealth of knowledge to further enhance our stay. Breakfast was scrumptious. We will definitely go again & advise others to visit. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

Lovely modern self contained room overlooking beautiful garden with chalk stream - we loved it. Friendly helpful host, lovely breakfast spread. Would happily stay again.

A less creaky bed and firmer/ less bowing mattress would be ideal. Otherwise flawless!

The location is stunning! We had a great time. Tony - the host, was extremely welcoming and super knowledgeable in the area, so he directed us to visit very lovely villages around. He also provided us with bikes for a cycle. The room was perfect - it had a coffee machine and a fridge. Our room look right outside into the stunning property! Beautiful view. The bonus was the two lovely dogs Nala and Zack. The cutest little creatures - very loving and super friendly.

It was very comfortable and Tony couldn't be more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend and will definitely stay again

It is a really lovely place! Would have loved to stay longer and will certainly come back when we are next in the area. The room is decorated very nicely, beautiful colours, and everything you need is there! Amazing view from the room, the gardens are lovely even in late winter/early spring. Really wow! Breakfast was very good. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Spacious enough for a couple bits still cosy. Very clean and well maintained. It felt like the hosts had thought of everything. Having a coffee machine on the room was a welcomed suprise

There was not a single thing to dislike.

Beautiful location and very comfortable accommodation. I was travelling during a very bad storm and this property is off of a country road so it was a bit hectic to arrive, but not their fault!

Parking at the site was a bit confusing.
