Lovely location for lizard peninsula, great views out of the property and can walk straight down to the cove

Breakfast was an added extra, which was unexpected after I'd booked

That our stay wasn’t longer!

As soon as we arrived at this property it had a warm feeling! Everything about the stay was just excellent. We were greeted by John & Arabella and they both made us feel right at home. Our room was very clean with tea, coffee, toiletry’s supplied. The view from the room was stunning & it really does make every penny worth it. We had breakfast on the morning which was also fabulous and lots to choose from. Yoghurt, fruit, cereal & a full English breakfast. Along with tea, coffee & orange juice. We would 100% be returning in the future and recommend this accommodation, it makes a huge different to staying in a b&b when the people are so so lovely. We really did feel like we went from a home to a home. Thank you so much for our stay 😃

We didn’t like that we had to Come home as we really would have loved a longer stay!

John and Arabella were wonderful. Welcoming, helpful, and very relaxed - something that is hugely appreciated when one is on holiday. Astounding location, gorgeous breakfast, and immensely comfortable room. For someone who grew up in the same village 20 years ago, this experience was like coming home. My partner and I had the best time.

Absolutely great b n b,john and Arabella were brilliant great knowledge of the area,lovely views!! Great fresh breakfast,had a lovely sleep on a great mattress,will definitely be going back,20 min walk to mullion cove,20 minute walk into mullion 2 great pubs,chip shop,also bar at the cricket club reasonable prices,also doing hot food there as well,

excellent, freshly cooked to order, breakfast kept us going through the day; great location for walks on the cliffs and to Mullion/Cove etc without using the car.

nothing. in hot weather the upstairs room might be very warm but it was great when we were there
